BOUQUETS

- After removing all the packaging, cut at least 2cms from each stem at a sharp angle.

- It is important not to leave the bouquet in the packaging for longer than necessary.

- They can be left tightly tied, but will usually look better in the vase if the tie is removed or loosened.

- Place in a vase with plenty of fresh cool water.

All our designs are freshly made each day in the shed & each is bespoke, created using the freshest, seasonal flowers we have in stock that day within the colour choice. These pictures and descriptions are therefore a reliable guide to our style rather than an exact representation. We pride ourselves on every arrangement's uniqueness & ethos that no two bouquets are ever the same.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of the flowers, please send us a photo of the bouquet as soon as possible to be eligible for a replacement bouquet or a full or partial refund. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, and that each item is made to order, we are unable to guarantee any returns, exchanges or refunds and work on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE: Fresh wreaths take 48 hours to create. Please take this into account when purchasing.

- Pick-up from the shed is available 7 days a week, including Sundays. Collection details are available at the checkout. Please await notification that your order is ready before collecting.
