How do I place an order online?After browsing our selection of fresh or dried flowers and choosing a design, simply select the size option that you would like to purchase and add this to your basket. You will be guided through the buying process such as entering delivery and payment details, but if you do encounter any difficulty, please use the contact form and we will be happy to assist.

Can I place an order over the phone or via email?Yes, we are more than happy to take your order by email or over the phone. Please email your order request to hello@thegypsyshed.com and include your contact details, the recipient’s name and address and your notecard message. We will always endeavour to get back to you to acknowledge your order promptly (provided that the email is received during opening hours). To place an order by phone, please call us on 07500775670 available Monday to Friday, 08.00-17.00.

Can I include a personal message with my order?When placing an order online, you will be given the opportunity to enter a personal message before adding the product to your basket. If ordering by email, be sure to include your notecard message within the body of your email. Your message will be handwritten on a notecard and placed in an envelope which will be securely attached to your order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to send a message that we deem to be offensive or inappropriate in any way.

Can I send an order anonymously?To send flowers anonymously, simply omit any of your personal details from the card message and the recipient will have no trace of who sent the flowers. In fact, the Data Protection Act means that we are bound by law not to disclose any of your personal information. All the recipient will see is your notecard message – if you choose to include one.

Do you offer refunds?In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of the flowers, please send us a photo of the bouquet as soon as possible to be eligible for a replacement bouquet or a full or partial refund.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?For all dried flower arrangements and gifts, we offer nationwide delivery via Royal Mail. Delivery will be calculated at the checkout when you place an order. We do not yet offer nationwide delivery for fresh flowers in order to maintain the condition of the flowers in transit - we hope to be able to offer this service in the future. If you are local to The Gypsy Shed, we do offer local delivery on all orders including fresh flowers. We also offer a free collection from the shed for all orders including fresh flowers. Do you offer local delivery?Yes we do - within a 10-mile radius of The Gypsy Shed in Wymondham, Norfolk. The minimum spend for local delivery is £40.

Where does your Local Delivery cover?Our local delivery covers a 10-mile radius of Wymondham, Norfolk. If your delivery address falls outside of this area, you will not see the local delivery option and instead be able to opt for pick-up from the shed. For dried and preserved flowers, we offer nationwide standard and next-day delivery. We do not yet offer delivery outside of our local delivery area for any fresh flowers. Can I collect my bouquet from The Gypsy Shed directly?Yes, we offer a free click-and-collect service from the Shed. At the checkout, siimply specify which day you would like to collect. You can collect your bouquet any time after 11am on your selected day. For same-day pick-up from the shed, orders must be placed by 11am. Please await notification before collecting your order.

Do you offer same-day delivery and collection?Yes we do. For same-day local delivery and shed collection, orders must be placed by 11am Monday-Saturday. We do not offer same-day service on Sundays or public holidays or for deliveries outside of our local delivery area.

Can I leave instructions for delivery?If you have specific instructions for delivery, please enter this information at the checkout.

How will my flowers arrive?Your bouquet will be hand tied with ribbon, wrapped in paper and presented in either a box/bag. Gift message cards are included in all flower bouquet deliveries. Please ensure you have filled out this option if you require a handwritten card. IMPORTANT: Please provide a telephone number of the recipient if the order is a gift.

What should I do when my flowers arrive?When you receive your flower bouquet, carefully unwrap the flowers as soon as you can. Cut each flower stem at an angle with scissors and then place in a vase of fresh water. We recommend you leave your flowers tied together so the arrangement holds in place. How long will my flower bouquet last?We guarantee our flower bouquets will last a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided our care instructions are followed. Please refer to our floral care guide for more information.

How can I care for my flower bouquet?We would always recommend keeping your flowers in a cool place and away from direct sunlight. Change the water every few days, and remove any faded flowers. Please refer to our floral care guide for more information.

Will my flower bouquet look like the photo?We photograph our floral bouquets in the deluxe size for the website unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the dimensions of different sizes on the size guide drop-down on the product page. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same or higher monetary value and in a similar style and colour. Please note as with all natural products, there may be slight variances in colour.

Are these flowers pet and/or child safe?Cat owners should avoid any floral bouquets that contain lilies as these flowers are highly toxic to cats. We would also recommend households with young children, cats or dogs should avoid floral bouquets that contain Peonies, Daffodils, Iris, Tulips, or Chrysanthemums as these can have adverse side effects if ingested and/or could irritate the skin. If in doubt, please get in touch for more information.

Can I add an extra gifts like personalised frames or dried flower tokens to my flower order?Of course. You can view the full range of our gifts on our shop page.

Can extra gifts like dried flower tokens and frames be delivered on the same day?This is not a service we can guarantee, but for same-day local delivery requests, please do get in touch and we will check availability on a case-by-case basis.

How long do fresh flower wreaths take to create?Please note fresh wreaths take 24-48 hours to create and so please allow enough time when placing your order.

Do you deliver fresh flowers outside of the local delivery area?Unfortunately not. It's important to us that your flowers get to you in the same way that we created them and so all fresh flower products are ONLY available for local delivery or shed pick-up at this time. We hope to be able to safely ship fresh flowers all over in the future. For nationwide delivery, please shop our dried flower collection.

Is there a minimum spend on wedding flowers?The simple answer is no. We can provide bridal blooms no matter how big or small your day may be. On your first consultation we can discuss the pieces you would like, the size & the blooms you’d like to include, all of these factors will dictate the price estimate.

Which flowers will be in season for my wedding?It will be much more economical to choose wedding flowers that are in season on your chosen date, otherwise, you will incur extra costs for shipping in your favourite blooms from overseas. This is where we are here to help, we have a wealth of knowledge & can advise you on any questions you may have. Please get in touch to book a consultation. Don't forget to include some inspiration images and the date of your wedding.

How do I secure The Gypsy Shed as my wedding florist?After confirming availability for the date required, we will book in our one-to-one consultation. Once we have established what flowers and setup you'd like, to save the date we will require a deposit of 30% of the final cost.
